This is a big one! You'll get a wedding planner available to you 24/7 by email. She will assist you with booking everything needed for your wedding ceremony including - hair and makeup, videography, florals, music and transportation. Bonus - we get special discounted vendor pricing and pass that savings (often hundreds of dollars) directly to you!

COMPLIMENTARY ASSISTANCE WITH VENDOR BOOKINGS

Guests will be seated in pews and we can add in floral decor down the aisle, plus custom bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and more.  Cost of these items will be an additional fee..  A custom quote will be provided to you and you have the option to adjust as needed before finalizing anything.  All pricing is custom and based around your personal preferences and unique vision.  We give you lots of options, you make all final decisions. 

Ceremony & FLoral Decor

The Hawaiian lei ceremony is a fun and beautiful island tradition that we will help you incorporate into your wedding ceremony. The exchange of leis represents the two of you choosing each other as lovers and companions for life. We provide you with these beautiful traditional Maile & Pikake Leis and your officiant will guide you through this special ceremony. You may choose to forego this ceremony if you wish and just wear the leis later in the evening. Also included are rose petals for guests to toss after you say "I do".

HAWAIIAN LEI CEREMONY & TOSSING PETALS

After having done hundreds of weddings, we have connections to the islands best officiants. We’ll hand-pick a wedding officiant that is the best fit for you as a couple. Religious & traditional, simple and non-denominational or a ceremony with a conch blow and Hawaiian blessing intertwined. You tell us your vision and we customize your ceremony and match you up with the perfect officiant or minister.  The cost of both photography and officiant is included in the package!

LICENSED WEDDING OFFICIANT OR MINISTER

We'll set you up with an incredible photographer to capture your wedding day. Our photographers will guide you with poses, make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. One hour of professional photography will cover your wedding ceremony plus family and couple photos either in the chapel or cliffside with the ocean and island backdrop. Final photos are edited and provided digitally. Many of our couples will choose to add on an additional hour of photography to get more photos down at the beach, toes in the sand.  This is totally optional but a wonderful idea to consider.  Beach photos can be added on for a discounted rate.

Absolutely, we are partnered with some amazing videographers and will reach out to them for you to get you a custom quote.  We narrow down your options, negotiate pricing for you so that you are connected with an incredible videographer with little to no stress.  There is also the option of adding on drone services which is amazing at this location! 

we want to add on videography, do you do that too?

Yes this shouldn't be an issue. Strollers and wheelchairs should have no problem getting to the chapel.  The lawns are well manicured and flat, there are some sidewalk paved areas, and it is close to the parking area.  

is the ceremony venue wheelchair accessible? 

The cost of florals and decor can vary considerably depending on your vision so it's pretty tough to give an exact number here.  Here's how it works.  We have a questionnaire that we'll ask you to fill out.  It will go over all wedding decor options and give you lots of ideas and sample photos.  You tell us what you want and then we work with our florist to get you a custom quote.  You have the option to adjust the quote until you are happy with the total price and we work with all of our couples to help them to create a "look and feel" that they love, within a budget that they are comfortable with.  Every wedding is totally different and unique and we are there to help create your dream wedding - while also making sure your wallet is ok too!

how much should I expect to spend on add-ons? Like florals & decor?

We get this question A LOT!  Our pricing is set up by the total expected guest count, however if you think you'll have 20 guests and it goes down to 10, you will drop to the lower tier.  We understand that it's hard to know who will and won't come when you're all traveling a great distance and we're happy to re-asses the guest count closer to your wedding date (3 or so months out).  If the guest count drops we will provide you with a refund to the lower tier package and you can use this towards florals, a musician or another item for your wedding day.

what happens if my guest count changes? I think we'll have 20 but it may go down to 10.  

This package was designed to include all the basics needed for a beautiful Hawaii wedding.  On occasion some couples may choose to bring their own officiant or photographer.  Although we highly recommend using our vendors we understand that some couples may have another vision.  We are happy to discount the package on a case by case basis if you wish to forego the use of our officiant or photographer.  There are no discounts for any other items.  If you choose to forego the lei exchange ceremony you can swap these leis out for parent leis or keep them to wear after the ceremony.   

Can we take some of the package items out, we don't need everything?

We really think you'll be quite pleased with our photographers but if you would like to bring in another photographer then we can credit you $200. Our main concern is that you are happy with how your wedding day turns out. 



We want to use our own photographer, is that ok? 

With the simpler smaller weddings like these, we do not do a rehearsal. On the day of the wedding I will be there to put everyone in place and line you up, cue the music and guide you through everything. It will feel very natural and seamless. 

Do we need to have a Rehearsal? 

Of course! Start a Pinterest board and start saving photos of bouquets and wedding florals that you like, we will be asking you about flowers as we get further into planning. The cost of bouquets, aisle decor, leis, etc. are not included but we work with a wonderful florist who gives us amazing pricing and does incredible work. I will pick up the flowers for you that day and bring them to you. If you aren’t sure on colors or types of bouquets we have samples from which you can choose your favorites. 

Do I get to pick the flowers and colors?

how much time do we have at the venue?



Unfortunately this venue has a max capacity of 20 guests.   If you have more than 20 guests please consider Paradise Cove or Lanikuhonua Wedding Packages (both private venues but do allow more guests - up to 50). 

What if we have more than 20 guests? 


This is the secret question nobody wants to ask and so I thought I'd just address it directly.  It totally varies depending on guest count and how many extras you decide to add-on.  All of our wedding packages are set up to include the basics of everything you'd need for a beautiful Hawaii wedding - but there are likely a few things you'll want to add on like hair and makeup, flowers, chairs, and taking guests out to a nice meal after the ceremony.  If you've never planned a wedding in Hawaii you probably have no idea how much all of this stuff costs.  We are happy help here and will outline a sample custom budget for you before you decide to move forward with booking to help ease your mind about the budget.  Just ask us when you inquire and let us know as many details as possible about your vision - the more the better!
