Are all inclusive wedding packages in Hawaii cheaper? Are they easier? What does all inclusive mean anyway? Does it include travel, hotel, limo service to and from the venue?

WHAT IS AN ALL INCLUSIVE WEDDING PACKAGE?

An all inclusive wedding package is a wedding package that includes all of the essential items needed for your Hawaii wedding. Usually this is the venue (or location of the ceremony), a planner to set everything up for you, wedding photography, an officiant and wedding florals. The actual details of these items (ie. exactly which florals are included, how many hours with the photographer, how many planning hours you have with your planner, which photographer you get, etc.) will vary based on the wedding company you decide to book.

Some companies offer cheaper packages (with less quality services and vendors) and others offer more luxury packages (with higher quality services and vendor). The difference could be 24/7 access to a personal planner to set everything up for you vs. getting a “list of suggested vendors from a planner who asks you to book everything up yourself and limited access to this planner. Or having an inexperienced photographer that send you 50 digital files the day after your ceremony (none of which look great and none which have been professionally edited) vs. having an award winning photographer with lots of experience who knows how to pose you, guide you and narrows down the shots, then edits, color corrects and only send you a final album of beautiful photos you end up blowing up and framing to show off in your living room.

So, it depends on what you are looking for, what your budget is, and what items you value most.

ARE HAWAII ALL INCLUSIVE WEDDING PACKAGES CHEAPER?

YES – generally speaking, all inclusive wedding packages are cheaper but it really depends on what exactly you are looking for. For example, if the package includes a bouquet and photography BUT you don’t really want those items, then you may be better booking items individually.

On the other hand, if you find a wedding package that includes all the things you were planning on getting anyway, the package is probably perfect for you and booking it all together would make sense and likely would save you money.

ARE ALL INCLUSIVE WEDDING PACKAGES EASIER?
