what kind of floral decor can we do?
We can absolutely help you with this but the cost varies and will be put together based on your specific requests (type of drinks, number of drinks, number of guests, etc.). It could be anywhere from $500 to $2000+.
we want a full bar and cocktail hour, what is the cost?
The pricing of this micro-wedding package is based around the chef that works directly with this venue and pricing will include staffing. The menu is frequently updated. We will send you menu options at the time of booking and you will get to choose the menu that is the best fit for you. You must use the chef onsite.
We love everything about this but aren't sure about the menu, please elaborate.

The micro wedding is not a formal full traditional reception. It is more of a laid-back, fun lunch or dinner gathering at a gorgeous venue. We've got about 3-4 hours after the ceremony to enjoy the view, hang out, take photos, do a cake cutting and dance. A formal program would be totally different and would include things like a grand entrance, speeches, bouquet toss, etc. This package was set up to be less formal and more laid back, at a gorgeous oceanfront private estate.
how is this micro-wedding different from a traditional formal reception?
So many options here! The easiest way to customize the look of the ceremony is by adding chairs, and a floral altar. We work with you to put together a custom floral order with a look and feel (style and colors) that you LOVE. Next we match the bouquet, boutonnieres and any other florals so that everything matches. You can add floral leis for guests and we can drape them over the backs of the chairs to create a really pretty look. Regarding altars specifically, we have a 2-post, hexagon, triangle and 4 post altars to choose from. We present you with lots of ideas and photo samples, you choose what you like best. One other fun thing we've done is a coconut toast after the ceremony. Coconuts are cut fresh and this is really fun plus looks great in photos. Also, if you're adding on the mini-reception you could add in a DJ or live musician, plus a Mini Luau Show with Fire Dancers.
how can i customize My wedding & make it special?
We have four hours at the venue from the start of the ceremony until the end of the reception. This does not include setup and breakdown time. You can add in an extra hour for an additional $695.
how much time do we have at the venue?
This is the secret question nobody wants to ask and so I thought I'd just address it directly. It totally varies depending on guest count and how many extras you decide to add-on. All of our wedding packages are set up to include the basics of everything you'd need for a beautiful Hawaii wedding - but there are likely a few things you'll want to add on like hair and makeup, flowers, and transportation. If you've never planned a wedding in Hawaii you probably have no idea how much all of this stuff costs. We are happy help here and will outline a sample custom budget for you before you decide to move forward with booking to help ease your mind about the budget. Just ask us when you inquire and let us know as many details as possible about your vision - the more the better!

Absolutely, in fact we highly encourage it! You can dance outside in the front lawn (oceanfront) around the pool. A dance floor and DJ are an extra fee but we can help set all of this up.
Can we have dancing at this venue?
Transportation needs to be arranged and we can assist with this. We can arrange a Mercedes Sprinter Vans to shuttle guests to and from the venue. This will be an additional fee and could run anywhere from $500-$1500. Another option for a smaller group would be to Uber!
since there is no parking on site, how does this work?
No, unfortunately the mini-reception is only available for micro-weddings of 50 guests or less. If you have more than 50 guests we are not offering any reception options at this time.

The Hawaii Kai Estate is the only venue that we are offering the mini reception at this point in time.
WE want to do a micro-wedding at another venue, can we do this?
We will set you up with an incredible photographer and videographer if you choose to add these items. There will be an additional cost, and we will get you a custom quote. Drone footage is beautiful at this location and can be added in as well.
