Outside of the chapel there is also the perfect space for an oceanfront cliffside ceremony.  Grassy space and outdoor flat deck areas, 35 guests max, chairs not included.  

Complimentary assistance with suggestions on the perfect lunch or dinner location after the wedding ceremony is included in this package. You tell us what type of food and dining experience you envision and we research options for you. We are not just giving you a list of places, we are providing a detailed outline. complete with menus, pricing and every detail needed to make a easy and simple decision. The Aloha Kai Luau at Sea Park is also a fun alternative worth considering. Luau includes dinner, drinks, and live entertainment.

Add in a custom floral altar, white orchid aisle, chairs for guests, a full rose petal flower shower and more. We have tons of ideas and options to inspire you. We assist with the design, setup and breakdown of all florals. Just put together a Pinterest board of ideas and we help with the rest. Custom florals are per quote.

After having done hundreds of weddings, we have built connections to the islands best officiants. We’ll hand-pick a wedding officiant that is the best fit for you as a couple. We ask you several questions to determine who you'd be the best fit for and then will connect you directly with your officiant. We have partnered with religious pastors, non denominational officiants, and also offer Hawaii-inspired ceremonies with Hawaiian blessings and a conch blow. You tell us your vision and we customize your ceremony and match you up with the perfect officiant or minister.

The Hawaiian lei ceremony is a fun and beautiful island tradition that we help you incorporate into your wedding ceremony. The exchange of leis represents the two of you choosing each other as partners for life. We provide you with a Bride & Grooms lei and your officiant will guide you through this special ceremony. You may choose to forego this ceremony if you wish and just wear the leis later in the evening. Two brides or two grooms leis may be substituted. Add in custom leis for your guests for an additional fee.

HAWAIIAN LEI CEREMONY

Included in your wedding package is a custom bridal bouquet designed by our amazing florist Jeffrey Alencastre. You tell us what you want and we place the order and pick up the florals on your wedding day for you. Not sure what design to choose, we love lots of ideas to inspire you. Add on custom bridal flower crown to match your bouquet or a matching boutonniere for your groom at an additional charge. Two brides, or two grooms, we've got a plan for you too, contact us for details!

We have partnered with some of the best photographers on the island. Our photographer will guide you with poses, make you feel comfortable and beautiful in front of the camera and make sure every moment of your wedding is captured. One hour of professional photography will cover your wedding ceremony plus family and couple beach photos in the chapel area afterwards. At this location we highly suggest adding on an extra hour of photography for a photo shoot at the gorgeous beach below.  You may add on additional time with our photographer at a special discounted rate.

Package includes an intimate wedding ceremony at an elegant wedding chapel.  This chapel sits cliffside overlooking one of the most beautiful Hawaii beaches.  There are also two beautiful spots outside of the chapel which you may opt to use either for the ceremony or for photos afterwards.  One is a grassy mound overlooking the beach below, the other is a flat deck area, also overlooking the Pacific ocean.  The entire area is yours when you book this ceremony spot.

Design a custom playlist and we handle the rest. We help you to figure out what music is needed and then we download and play all the music off our speaker for you at all the right times. Prefer a live guitar or ukulele player, harpist or a string quartet? We are partnered with some of the best musicians on island and we can connect you with them and set all of that up for you too!

All of our wedding packages (including this one) include a bridal bouquet, and two leis.  One for the Bride and one for the Groom.  Anything extra will cost an added fee.  We will however help you to get a custom quote from our amazing florist Jeff Alencastre and we can help you to set up all florals, pick up all florals and organize the floral order.  We also provide tons of ideas and options for floral decor. 

what flowers are included? 

Yes! You can choose either spot.  You can also utilize both locations for photos.  If you want to get married in the grassy overlook spot and it's raining, we will move you inside the chapel. 

Are the chapel and grassy overlook spaces both included in the cost of the package? 

The cost of florals and decor can vary considerably depending on your vision so it's pretty tough to give an exact number here.  Here's how it works.  We have a questionnaire that we'll ask you to fill out.  It will go over all wedding decor options and give you lots of ideas and sample photos.  You tell us what you want and then we work with our florist to get you a custom quote.  You have the option to adjust the quote until you are happy with the total price and we work with all of our couples to help them to create a "look and feel" that they love, within a budget that they are comfortable with.  Every wedding is totally different and unique and we are there to help create your dream wedding - while also making sure your wallet is ok too!

how much should I expect to spend on add-ons? Like florals & decor?

We get this question A LOT!  Our pricing is set up by the total expected guest count, however if you think you'll have 20 guests and it goes down to 10, you will drop to the lower tier.  We understand that it's hard to know who will and won't come when you're all traveling a great distance and we're happy to re-asses the guest count closer to your wedding date (3 or so months out).  If the guest count drops we will provide you with a refund to the lower tier package and you can use this towards florals, a musician or another item for your wedding day.

what happens if my guest count changes? I think we'll have 20 but it may go down to 10.  

This package was designed to include all the basics needed for a beautiful Hawaii wedding.  On occasion some couples may choose to bring their own officiant or photographer.  We are happy to discount the package on a case by case basis if you wish to forego the use of our officiant or photographer.  There are no discounts for any other items.  If you choose to forego the lei exchange ceremony you can swap these leis out for parent leis or keep them to wear after the ceremony.   

Can we take some of the package items out, we don't need everything?

We really think you'll be quite pleased with our photographers but if you would like to bring in another photographer then we can credit you $200. Our main concern is that you are happy with how your wedding day turns out. 



We want to use our own photographer, is that ok? 

With the simpler smaller weddings like these, we do not do a rehearsal. On the day of the wedding I will be there to put everyone in place and line you up, cue the music and guide you through everything. It will feel very natural and seamless.

how much time do we have at the venue?



No parking on site. You will need to Uber or get dropped off and picked up by a shuttle or limo.  Your planner can assist with arranging this. 

Is there parking on-site

This is the secret question nobody wants to ask and so I thought I'd just address it directly.  It totally varies depending on guest count and how many extras you decide to add-on.  All of our wedding packages are set up to include the basics of everything you'd need for a beautiful Hawaii wedding - but there are likely a few things you'll want to add on like hair and makeup, flowers, chairs, and taking guests out to a nice meal after the ceremony.  If you've never planned a wedding in Hawaii you probably have no idea how much all of this stuff costs.  We are happy help here and will outline a sample custom budget for you before you decide to move forward with booking to help ease your mind about the budget.  Just ask us when you inquire and let us know as many details as possible about your vision - the more the better!
