Included is a personal planner (yes, this means you work with just one planner the entire time) available to you 24/7 who will guide you from the start of planning until the finish. We help you book everything from hair and makeup to musicians to florals. On your actual wedding day, we will be on site to coordinate everything. We know how stressful and overwhelming planning a wedding from afar can be and we have created this package to allow our couples to get back to a place of excitement and fun. Booking with Best Day Ever ensures the highest quality service and care, ease in the months leading up to the big day and then a Hawaii wedding day executed to perfection.

Included are 6 brown wooden benches for guests which seats approx. 20-30 guests. Option to add in a custom floral altar for an additional fee. You may also decide to include boutonnieres, wrist corsages, bridesmaids bouquets, and aisle decor. We give you lots of ideas with photos and suggestions, you make all final decisions and then we assist with set up, breakdown and delivery. Custom floral orders will be an additional cost - per quote.

The Hawaiian lei ceremony is a fun and beautiful island tradition that we help you incorporate into your wedding ceremony. The exchange of leis represents the two of you choosing each other as partners for life. We provide you with a Bride & Grooms lei and your officiant will guide you through this special ceremony. You may choose to forego this ceremony if you wish and just wear the leis later in the evening. Two brides or two grooms leis may be substituted.

After having done hundreds of weddings, we have built connections to the islands best officiants. We’ll hand-pick a wedding officiant that is the best fit for you as a couple. We ask you several questions to determine who you'd be the best fit for and then will connect you directly with your officiant. We have partnered with religious pastors, non denominational officiants, and also offer Hawaii-inspired ceremonies with Hawaiian blessings and a conch blow. You tell us your vision and we customize your ceremony and match you up with the perfect officiant or minister.
LICENSED WEDDING OFFICIANT
We have partnered with some of the best photographers on the island. Our photographer will guide you with poses, make you feel comfortable and beautiful in front of the camera and make sure every moment of your wedding is captured. One hour of professional photography will cover your wedding ceremony plus family and couple beach photos afterwards. Final photos are edited and provided digitally. If you'd like more time, you can add on additional time with our photographer at a special discounted rate.

Package price includes an intimate and totally private ceremony in front of the only natural waterfall on O'ahu open to weddings. Say "I do" on a large flat platform area perched pefectly in front of the 40-ft natural waterfall. A truly special one-of-a-kind ceremony ideal for smaller more intimate weddings. The waterfall is deep in Waimea Valley, so you'll be surrounded by gorgeous mountains perfect for stunning photos. You'll get 2 hours at the waterfall site, includes set-up and breakdown. This is enough time for a ceremony and photo session afterwards. Option to add on a special Waimea Valley Photo Shoot (go by golf cart to some of the most scenic spots in the valley for more incredible photos). Parking and restrooms for guests onsite. Waimea Falls is accessible by foot (flat paved path) or by transportation. Transportation may be arranged for an additional fee. A one of a kind location for a truly unique fairytale Hawaii wedding.

Design a custom playlist and we'll ensure that all the right songs played at exactly the right times off our speaker. Prefer a live guitar or ukulele player, harpist or a string quartet? We can set all of that up too! Live music would be an added fee.

Most couples will make use of the 6 wooden benches included and will add in a simple wooden altar with florals. A floral altar can be customized to your liking and the cost will vary depending on your vision. You may switch out the benches for chairs for an additional fee. Add in matching aisle flowers for added color. Everything is totally customizable, so it's totally up to you. You tell us your vision and we help you to make it happen.
what kind of ceremony set up can we do?
No, hiking gear required. It is approx. a 1.9mi. out and back walk on a paved surface to the waterfall. Transportation may be arranged for an added fee.
how do you get to the waterfall? will guests need hiking gear?
Waimea Falls is a 40-foot natural waterfall located on the North Shore of O'ahu. The North Shore is an area known for big surf and beautiful beaches. Waimea Valley sits next to one of the most famous beaches Waimea Beach known for its huge surf break. The North Shore is about an hour away from Waikiki Beach and the majority of hotels on O'ahu island.
where is the waterfall located?
When you book with us you'll get a totally custom dinner suggestion list. We base the suggestions around where you are staying and consider drive times, guest count, ambiance and menu. Your planner will reach out with specific questions that will help us to put together a customized list of dinner suggestions.
where do you suggest we take our guests for dinner after the ceremony?
Two hours doesn't sound like a lot of time, but when you organized properly, it will feel like the perfect amount of time for an outdoor ceremony. Generally there is a 20 minute ceremony followed by 30 minutes of photos after the ceremony. We are experts at guiding our couples and weddings in a way in which the timing flows comfortably and never feels rushed. At this location the ceremony time is held at 5:30pm.
is 2 hours enough time? what time is the ceremony?

We really think you'll be quite pleased with our photographers but if you would like to bring in another photographer then we can credit you $200. Our main concern is that you are happy with how your wedding day turns out.

Each wedding ceremony has a 2-hour time slot (including setup/breakdown).

how much time do we have at the waterfall?
Even though this venue has a max capacity of 50 guests it is best suited for smaller weddings of 20 or less. The bench seating included will comfortably seat 3-4 people per bench and there are 6 benches. Additionally the location iteslf, being outdoors and fully in nature is better for smaller guest counts.
